Question: Can I give my baby soy milk?
Answer: Yes; watch for allergy reaction; add vitamin B12 via cereal.
For the first six months, babies should be fed breast milk or baby formula only.
Whole Milk or Cow’s Milk should be introduced when the baby is 12 months or older.
If the baby shows sings of lactose intolerance, then Soy Milk or Rice Milk may be used.
Use Whole Soy Milk; avoid the low-fat or the non-fat versions.
Remember Soy Milk does not have all the calories and fat and nutrients present in Whole Milk.
